We need stellar professionals and dedicated team members to help manage our locations and provide excellent service to our tenants. 

Our Community Managers are the heart of our locations. If you have management experience and are a leader in providing exceptional member (customer) service, you may be a fit for us! We need innovative, tech-savvy leaders, who know how to motivate the team under their leadership. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can create incentives for our employees and members.  Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face/voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise location and ensure general safety, compliance with rules and regulations

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

  • Coordinate with Executive Team to receive and give updates

  • Manage a team of Community Assistants and direct them on best practices for location and members.

  • Build relationships with members, potential guests

  • Suggest and create community incentives, changes, and events

  • Moderate online and offline conversations with our community

Skills

  • Proven work experience in management

  • Experience launching initiatives & incentives

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Excellent customer service/customer-first skills/mindset

Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be able to travel between locations (Beltsville, Lanham, Hyattsville locations)

  • Associates level degree preferred
