As Sales Manager, you are responsible for securing our future members. The sales manager is a significant role at our company because you are the one who ensures that our prospective members have a full understanding of what we offer and why our locations are the best option for them. You should be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Most importantly you should be self-motivated and results-oriented. 


  • Implement key sales strategies to secure and close our location spaces.

  • Meet with the marketing team to align marketing goals with sales goals

  • Call interested prospective members to inform and sell them on our locations

  • Consistently researching and presenting new sales strategies to the executive team


  • Proven work experience in Sales and Leadership

  • Experience in customer/client services

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changes and responsibilities with ease

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field (highly preferred)

  • Associates in Business or related field (recommended)

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have sales and/or business experience
