Our Community Assistants are an extremely valuable part of our team. Those with hospitality experience could be a perfect match for this role. In this role, you are often the first impression our members and guest receive. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and should be a naturally friendly person with great member service skills. You will report to the Community Manager for daily instructions and updates. Your duties each day will vary but will always be related to caring for the needs of our members and serving them with the utmost care and kindness!


  • Supervise front desk by answering incoming calls, greeting members and guests as they walk in, and answering all questions and concerns from members.

  • Ensuring that our community spaces (printer station and mail station) have the necessary supplies

  • Complete daily clerical duties and projects assigned by Community Manager


  • Proven work experience in Customer service

  • Experience in hospitality

  • Ability to do clerical (computer) assignments

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changes and responsibilities with ease

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Excellent customer-first mindset


  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have hospitality & customer service experience
